TRYOUTS FOR 11, 12, 13, & 14's

Location: Lower Macungie Twp Community Center, 3450 Brookside Rd, Macungie, PA 18062
**Please note Tryouts will be held in the Front gym (Red gym)**

Tryout Times:
- 11's | 5:30 PM - 6:30 PM
- 12's | 5:30 PM - 6:30 PM
- 13's | 6:30 PM - 8:00 PM
- 14's | 8:00 PM - 9:30 PM
Cost
- $30 - 11's/12's Online Registration Fee for Tryouts - Includes a Tryout T-Shirt
- $60 - 13's/14's Online Registration Fee for Tryouts - Includes a Tryout T-Shirt
- $75 - In-Person Fee on Day of Tryouts (check or cash only)
- No Refunds
IMPORTANT INFO
- All players must fill out the Medical Release Form and upload the form when completing the online registration
- All players must have an active KRVA membership before registration
- Your membership number will be needed for the registration process, so please make sure it's up-to-date to avoid any delays

- Tryout shirt should be worn to warmups and tryouts.
